What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They remember simple things — your language or your cookie decision — and can be read on your next visit.
This document also covers similar technologies: localStorage, pixels and advertising tags loaded through Google Tag Manager.
Legal basis
Processing follows Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 195/2024 on personal data protection, which transposes the GDPR rules.
Hence the rules we follow technically, not just on paper:
- Analytics and marketing cookies are NOT loaded before your consent — until you decide, the Google Tag Manager container is not even present in the page.
- No action means refusal: nothing is pre-ticked.
- Refusing is as easy as accepting — both buttons sit on the first screen, at the same size.
- Consent can be withdrawn at any time, in one action, from the site footer.
- We store the version and the date of your decision as proof of consent.

Google cookies are set on Google domains, not ours. Withdrawing consent stops collection on the next page load, but files already stored can only be deleted by you, in your browser settings.
What other data we collect and for how long
Besides cookies, the site processes the data you send us yourself and technical server data.

How to change or withdraw your consent
You can change your decision at any time, with no explanation and no consequences: the site works the same after a refusal.
The “Cookie settings” button in the footer of every page opens the same categories. A full withdrawal brings the banner back on the next page.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings — including files already stored by third-party services.
Your rights
Under Law No. 195/2024 you have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object to it and receive it in a portable form, as well as to withdraw consent at any time.
Send your request to sales@alsodev.com — we reply within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md).
Changes to this policy
If the set of cookies or the categories change, we update this document and raise the consent version — the banner will ask you again. Consent given for the previous version does not carry over automatically.
